Role Overview

The Senior Buyer Analyst plays a critical role within the Finance and Procurement & Supply Chain Management Group. Working in an international, cross-cultural environment, you will inspect requisitions, assign sources of supply, generate purchase orders, manage vendor communications, and resolve operational issues.

Key Responsibilities

• Inspect incoming requisitions for completeness and correctness.
• Assign sources of supply following category guidance.
• Generate Purchase Orders and confirm supplier acceptance.
• Resolve operational issues with suppliers and internal teams.
• Conduct detailed root cause analyses for issue resolution.
• Manage required changes and closure of Purchase Orders.
• Validate vendor banking information through call-backs.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Supply Chain or related field.
• Fluency in English and minimum 2 years procurement experience.
• Proficiency in ARIBA, SAP, Salesforce and advanced Excel skills.
• Ability to work on a split shift and manage change in a dynamic environment.
• Experience working internationally and troubleshooting operational issues.
