Role Overview

Join bp as an ARC Senior Analyst in Budapest and advance your career within Finance Business & Technology (FBT). You will be part of a global network focused on strategic projects, process improvements, and ensuring accurate financial close and reporting.

In This Role You Will

• Review and coordinate quarterly and year-end close processes
• Resolve accounting issues using Group Reporting Manuals
• Coordinate segment reporting and support external/group audits
• Execute daily, weekly, and monthly complex accounting activities
• Drive process improvements and implement changes in processes and tools
• Collaborate with Business teams to address queries and ensure accurate accounting entries

What You Need To Be Successful

• Relevant degree with 3+ years experience in finance
• Strong analytical, system thinking skills and financial knowledge
• Fluent English communication skills
• Customer-focused and collaborative mindset
