How You’ll Contribute as Site Admin
The Site Admin plays a key role in supporting daily operations on large-scale solar farm construction projects. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and thrives in a dynamic, project-based environment. Travel to project sites is required during construction activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Administrative & Project Support: Provide day-to-day administrative support, manage project documentation, handle correspondence, meeting minutes, and reports, assist with timekeeping and procurement processes.
- Site Coordination & Logistics: Organize travel, lodging, and per diem arrangements, maintain office supplies and vendor services, and act as the point of contact for visitors and subcontractors.
- Communication & Reporting: Ensure smooth communication between the project site and corporate departments, prepare weekly reports and assist on project closeout activities.
Qualifications
Minimum of 2 years administrative experience in construction or renewable energy. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, SharePoint, Adobe, Procore (or similar software), excellent organization and communication skills, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment. Demonstrated attention to detail and professionalism is essential.
Travel Requirements
Must be willing and able to travel to remote project sites. Extended stays may be required during active construction phases. Company-paid travel, lodging, and per diem are provided.
