Role Overview

As a Marketing Operations Manager at Box, you will execute and optimize demand generation campaigns that drive revenue. You will collaborate with marketing, sales, product, and other teams to ensure flawless campaign execution, data integrity, and insightful reporting through AI-enabled tools.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end multi-channel marketing campaigns using platforms like Marketo and Iterable.
  • Manage detailed campaign calendars and coordinate with various Go-To-Market teams.
  • Develop scalable campaign processes and execute advanced audience segmentation using AI-driven analytics.
  • Conduct A/B tests on emails, landing pages, and assets to optimize performance.
  • Ensure compliance with email regulations (GDPR, CAN-SPAM, etc.) and maintain data hygiene.

Compensation & Benefits
