What You'll Do
- Advise large and complex enterprises on transforming their business with Box.
- Act as a customer advocate, listening to needs and translating them into actionable solutions.
- Build trusting relationships with clients and guide them on improving their strategy.
- Liaise between multiple distinct teams with competing priorities.
- Design and implement solutions integrating Box with core systems.
- Apply AI or machine learning in financial services to improve processes.

Here's the Fine Print
- 4+ years in software implementation or consulting.
- 4+ years in the SaaS industry.
- Proven ability to lead multiple complex projects simultaneously with laser focus on detail.
- Excellent multitasking skills in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.
- Experienced in customer-facing presentations and working with senior leaders.
- Proven ability to design and implement solutions that integrate Box with core systems (e.g., Guidewire, Salesforce, nCino, Temenos) to streamline collaboration, document automation, and compliance.
- Hands-on experience applying AI or machine learning in financial services—such as intelligent document processing, risk insights, or workflow automation—to improve speed, accuracy, and decision-making.
Work Environment and Culture

Compensation and Benefits
Box is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. Actual base salary (or OTE if commissionable role) is dependent upon factors such as knowledge, skill level, experience, and work location. This role is also eligible for equity and benefits. United States Pay Range: $113,500 USD - $143,000 USD
