Role Overview: Marketing Operations Manager

As a Marketing Operations Manager at Box, you will drive and optimize demand generation campaigns and collaborate cross-functionally to ensure flawless execution, robust data integrity, and insightful reporting. This role leverages AI-enabled technology and data-driven insights to fuel business growth and enhance campaign effectiveness.

What You'll Do

  • Lead execution of multi-channel marketing campaigns (email, webinars, events, in-app, etc.) using platforms like Marketo and Iterable.
  • Develop and manage detailed campaign calendars aligned with stakeholder requirements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to set campaign goals, tracking, and lead follow-up processes.
  • Build scalable campaign processes and documentation to boost efficiency.
  • Utilize advanced audience segmentation, AI-driven analytics and machine learning techniques for optimization.
  • Conduct A/B testing on various assets and monitor performance to provide actionable insights.
  • Ensure compliance with global email regulations such as GDPR, CAN-SPAM, CCPA, etc.
  • Mentor team members and support ongoing professional development including AI tool training.

  • Motivated, detail-oriented professional with a passion for process optimization.
  • Expert in Marketo, Iterable, Salesforce, and Tableau; familiarity with Pendo is a plus.
  • Proficient in CDP querying, HTML/CSS, and data analysis with a data-driven mindset.
  • Experienced in managing complex projects and cross-functional collaboration.
  • Familiar with global email compliance and best practices.
  • Possess leadership qualities with experience managing and developing team members.
