This role supports the General Manager by assuming full responsibility for center and floor management when required.

Essential Duties

  • Guest Service: Champion exceptional service, address and resolve guest complaints.
  • Operational Excellence: Schedule staffing and improve operational execution consistently.
  • Marketing Execution: Execute marketing strategies to drive sales and business growth.
  • Team Leadership: Recruit, hire, train, and schedule hourly staff while delegating responsibilities.
  • Food & Beverage Management: Oversee and drive F&B sales ensuring high quality standards.
  • Flexibility: Work varying shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Who You Are

You are a proactive team player with strong guest service skills and the ability to develop talent. With 2+ years of management experience in food service, you are ready to eventually advance to a General Manager role.

Desired Skills

  • 2+ Years of Management in kitchen, bar, restaurant, or food service operations.
  • Bachelor’s Degree.
  • Ability to supervise center operations staff.
  • Strong team player with exceptional people development skills.
  • Proficiency in POS register systems.

Work Environment

This role is based in a typical entertainment environment requiring walking, bending, standing for extended periods and occasional lifting with assistance.

Compensation & Benefits

The pay rate for this position is between $60,000 and $65,000 annually, supplemented with performance-based incentives, healthcare, and a competitive total rewards package.
