Overview
The Senior Lead CDP Consultant - Adobe Real-Time CDP at Bounteous serves as the day-to-day marketing technology point of contact. This role focuses on developing a strategic roadmap for activating a Customer Data Platform (CDP) investment.
Role and Responsibilities
- Be a platform expert in Adobe Real-Time CDP and other CDP solutions
- Provide deep domain expertise in client business and digital marketing
- Assess and audit the current marketing technology stack
- Conduct stakeholder interviews and gather business requirements
- Translate requirements into actionable CDP use cases
- Prioritize CDP use cases with the client
- Create a strategic CDP roadmap focused on activation
- Collaborate with the Solution Architect on scalable implementations
- Provide hands-on support and platform training for clients
Preferred Qualifications
- 5+ years in marketing, consulting, or analytics
- 3+ years experience in an agency environment with client-facing skills
- 3+ years working with multi-channel marketing hubs (Adobe, Salesforce, etc.)
- Strong understanding of customer data platforms and modern data infrastructure
- Hands-on experience with Adobe Real-Time CDP configuration
- Familiar with Adobe Tags, AEP WebSDK implementation, analytics, data visualization, marketing automation, and A/B testing tools
- College degree in Marketing, Business, Analytics, Data Science or related field
