About the Role
As a Talent Acquisition Specialist at Bounce, you will play a crucial role in scaling our team across both our Tel Aviv and New York offices. You'll work closely with hiring managers and leadership to understand their needs and build effective recruitment strategies that align with our growth plans and company culture.
Please Note- This is a maternity leave replacement for 7 months.

How You’ll Spend Your Time
- Own full-cycle recruitment processes from sourcing to closing candidates
- Build and maintain relationships with hiring managers across departments
- Create and optimize recruitment processes and candidate experience
- Source candidates through various channels, including LinkedIn, referrals, and professional networks
- Manage our ATS and maintain accurate recruitment data and metrics
- Represent Bounce at recruitment events and industry meetups
- Partner with our US team to support global hiring initiatives
- Help shape our employer branding and recruitment marketing efforts
Requirements
- 4+ years of recruitment experience, preferably in a fast-paced startup environment
- Proven track record of hiring for technical and non-technical roles
- Strong understanding of the Israeli and US tech talent markets
- Excellent communication skills in English
- Experience with modern recruitment tools and ATS systems
- Data-driven approach to recruitment and decision-making
- Strong ability to prioritize and manage multiple searches simultaneously
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (HR, Business, Psychology, etc.)
- Experience in fintech recruitment is a plus
