How You’ll Spend Your Time

  • CRM Management & Data Hygiene: Maintain and manage proprietary systems for accurate data.
  • Workflow Automation: Design and implement workflows that streamline sales processes.
  • Reporting & Data Analysis: Use Excel, SQL, and BI tools to reconcile data and deliver insights.
  • Process Optimization & Scalability: Identify bottlenecks and drive continuous improvements.

Requirements

  • Strong written and verbal communication in English and Hebrew.
  • Advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills for handling large datasets.
  • Proficiency with CRM platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales enablement tools.
  • Familiarity with SQL and BI tools (e.g., Snowflake, Redash).
  • Strong organizational skills and time management.
