Salary & Schedule

Salary Range: $62,520.00 - $76,284.00 Annually. Work hours: Monday - Friday, 8:00am - 4:30pm, based at 3460 Broadway, Boulder, Colorado.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct investigations of child abuse and neglect cases.
  • Develop case plans and provide counseling services.
  • Coordinate intake assessments and manage foster care placements.
  • Conduct home visits and liaise with community services.
  • Testify in court and prepare concise reports.

Required Qualifications

Applicants must possess at least one year of human services casework experience and a relevant bachelor's degree. A valid driver's license, reliable vehicle, and bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English are essential. Passing a background check and fingerprinting is also required.
