About the Role
The Senior Program Coordinator works with staff in the Office of the University Registrar with a focus on Curriculum Management, Bulletin, and Enrollment & Student Administration. This role partners with internal teams including staff, faculty, deans, and external vendors. It reports to the Associate Registrar for Curriculum and Classroom Management.
Primary Duties
- Provide detailed operational support for Curriculum and Classroom Management.
- Manage the daily Curriculum Management inbox.
- Conduct quality control checks on work and departmental schedules.
- Re-educate academic schedulers on processes and procedures.
- Communicate regularly and accurately with internal and external clients.

The Office of the University Registrar, part of Enrollment & Student Administration, supports Boston University by managing student records, course scheduling, transcript issuance, and more, ensuring high quality services to students, faculty, and staff.
Requirements
Required Skills: Cover letter submission. Bachelor’s degree and 1-3 years relevant work experience. Desire for customer service skills.
Recommended Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication, clear documentation, scheduling familiarity, multi-tasking, data accuracy, methodical process thinking, data analysis, and commitment to diversity.
Preferred Skills: Experience in higher education, familiarity with Student Information Systems (Banner or PeopleSoft), project management, and ability to present technical information to non-technical audiences.
Technology
Experience with large relational databases, Microsoft Suite (Excel/Google Sheets), and room scheduling software such as 25Live.
Work Arrangement
This position is eligible for up to 4 days of remote work per week based on performance and responsibilities.
