About the Role

Boston Scientific is seeking a TheraSphere Associate Representative. This transitional role prepares high-potential candidates for promotion to a Sales Consultant within the Peripheral Interventions division. The Associate supports an existing territory with potential for significant business growth by driving revenue impact through team-driven strategies, clinical education, and new business opportunities.

Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships through visits and product demonstrations.
  • Support procedural cases and ensure high-quality service in a competitive environment.
  • Collaborate with Sales Consultants to optimize selling time and coverage.
  • Contribute to revenue-generating projects and account ownership initiatives.
  • Work with Sales Managers to evaluate market conditions and sales trends.
  • Assist in developing and executing business plans to achieve revenue goals.
  • Provide timely updates on business activities and competitive landscape.
  • Manage Sales Rep Assigned Inventory (SRAI) and adhere to budget guidelines.
  • Complete required training and compliance courses timely.
  • Travel approximately 30–40%, including occasional weekends and trade shows.

Required Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years' experience in a relevant business or sales environment.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business or related field (associate degree candidates considered if plan to complete bachelor's).
  • Proven track record in sales success with strong relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team within a fast-paced environment.
