Overview
The Senior Manager, AI Product and Portfolio Management at Boston Scientific will collaborate with business and technical leaders to define and report KPIs for adoption, outcomes, and financial impact. You will provide regular updates to senior leadership, ensuring strategic alignment and measurable results while acting as a strategic connector across multiple departments including AI Engineering, Platform, Data Science, IT, Enterprise Architecture, and Business Units.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and evolve an AI operating model for scalable and sustainable delivery.
- Manage fiscal planning and performance for the AI portfolio with budget oversight and annual operating plan development.
- Evaluate feasibility, scalability, and risks of AI solutions.
- Lead and mentor AI Product Owners and Program Managers to deliver enterprise-wide AI solutions.
- Accelerate delivery by building AI-powered processes to drive efficiency and speed.
- Execute on a robust AI product and portfolio roadmap aligned with enterprise digital strategy.
- Stay current on emerging AI trends such as LLMs, AI agents and prompt engineering, translating insights into business opportunities.
Qualifications
A Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science or a related field is required along with a minimum of 7 years' experience in digital product management. Candidates should have proven experience in leading product owners, managing fiscal planning and product investments, along with a strong familiarity with large language models, AI agents, and emerging AI technologies. Certification in Product Management or Agile Scrum is a plus.
