Visiting Associate Enterprise Solutions

As a Visiting Associate Enterprise Solutions at BCG Platinion, you will support one of our consulting teams for a period of at least two months, starting in autumn 2026. You will actively work on a project, both on-site with clients and at one of our offices, assisting our clients with complex ERP transformations, with a particular focus on SAP S/4HANA. You will apply and expand your acquired skills throughout your time with us.

Shape the world of tomorrow

You will support the quantitative and qualitative analysis of business processes to determine value potential for our clients. Together with your project team, you will guide our clients through different phases of the project lifecycle, such as strategy development, planning, implementation and go-live. You will have the opportunity to be involved in the development and definition of ERP target architectures for complex IT landscapes. You work as a fully integrated team member and take responsibility for the preparation and follow-up of client meetings and presentations, as well as the processing of project-relevant analyses and data.

This is how you make a difference

• You are in the advanced stages of your bachelor's or master's studies in (business) informatics or a comparable field with excellent academic performance.
• You have strong IT knowledge and initial practical experience through internships or student assistant roles (e.g., IT project management, ideally in the ERP/SAP environment).
• You possess outstanding analytical and conceptual skills and are proficient in standard MS Office programs (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook).
• You feel particularly comfortable in interdisciplinary teams and global contexts and work with a strong customer and results-oriented approach.
• You want to deepen your knowledge in the field of ERP/SAP transformations, with a focus on the strategic aspects of these projects.
• You can confidently understand and communicate complex topics in both German and English.
