The Technology, Media & Telecommunications (TMT) practice works with companies across the digital device, software, IT services, TV, publishing, information services, entertainment and telecom sectors to make sense of the unrelenting velocity of technological and consumer change they face. We partner with clients to transform their industries, define winning business models, shape their value proposition and go-to-market approach, enhance their operational competitiveness, and create sustained advantage.

What You'll Do

As a Consultant/Project Leader, you will be a core member of our Technology, Media, and Telecommunications (TMT) Practice and will work alongside some of the world’s top minds in the area.

To solve our clients’ problems, you will be given end-to-end responsibility within significant TMT related projects. You will develop state-of-the-art strategic approaches and innovative solutions based on thorough fact-based analyses. You will work from strategy to execution, on different TMT complex matters in different industries. For example, you will work to:

• Develop a comprehensive digital transformation strategy for a multinational corporation
• Design a media strategy for a tech firm
• Implement a telecommunications overhaul for a healthcare provider
• Lead a data analytics initiative for a financial institution
• Conduct a cybersecurity strategy for a retail company
• Develop a cloud migration program for a manufacturing company
• Lead a technology innovation project for a pharmaceutical company
• Conduct a digital health-check and roadmap for an oil & gas company
• Field a turnaround program for a struggling digital business unit

What You'll Bring

You would typically have:

• 5+ years of experience working with a leading TMT strategy consulting firm or industry player focused on TMT.
• Experience in devising and implementing business strategies involving quantitative analysis, conceptualization, and communication of strategic solutions.
• Passion for the TMT industry and a willingness to be part of the most exciting challenges and operating at the intersection of disruptive technology and constantly-evolving consumer trends.
• Experience actively managing multiple client and stakeholder relationships and networking within the client organization to understand their needs and help influence the client agenda.
• Interpersonal skills to partner with executive management teams as they implement a new vision and passion for enabling leaders to drive change within organizations.
• Be a collaborative team player with a positive attitude, high ethical standards, and experienced in international work.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in French and English, in addition to strong presence and leadership skills.
