About BCG U

BCG U focuses on next generation, large-scale upskilling solutions to empower leaders and teams in transforming organizations. The division leverages GenAI and intelligent systems to design, deliver, and scale upskilling programs that drive measurable ROI.

What You'll Do as a Technical Product Manager

In this role at BCG U, you will bridge product vision, engineering execution, and business impact. You will:

  • Translate product vision and UX mockups into technical requirements and user stories.
  • Collaborate with engineering teams to define scope, architecture, and delivery timelines.
  • Act as a technical liaison between non-technical stakeholders and engineering.
  • Lead sprint planning, backlog grooming, and technical discovery sessions.
  • Make build-vs-buy recommendations based on product and business needs.
  • Coordinate with design and QA teams to ensure product consistency and quality.
  • Manage project risks and communicate delivery updates to stakeholders.

What You'll Bring

You will have 8-10 years of experience in technical product management, ideally within EdTech, workforce development, SaaS, or AI-enabled learning platforms. You should have deep understanding of software development practices, Agile methodologies, and modern technologies. Demonstrated experience in end-to-end product lifecycle management and familiarity with upskilling and learning science principles is required. Experience with GenAI tools is a strong plus.

Team & Culture

You will work closely with senior leadership, the BCG U Platform & Solutions team, and cross-functional teams including Product, Design, and Delivery. BCG fosters a collaborative environment that values diverse perspectives and strategic, result-driven execution.
