What You'll Do
As a Technical Product Manager - BCG U, you will work at the intersection of product vision, engineering execution, and business impact. This role involves translating product vision and UX mockups into technical requirements, managing technical execution and sprint planning, and ensuring that upskilling solutions powered by GenAI and intelligent systems are delivered effectively.
- Lead technical execution of the product roadmap.
- Translate UI/UX and business goals into detailed plans.
- Collaborate with engineering teams on scope and timelines.
- Manage sprint planning, backlog grooming, and risk updates.
- Work with design and QA to ensure product consistency and quality.
What You'll Bring
Bring 8-10 years of technical product management experience, preferably within EdTech, SaaS, or AI-enabled learning platforms. You should have a deep understanding of Agile methodologies, software development practices, and modern tech stacks. Familiarity with upskilling strategies and learning science principles is essential, along with proven expertise in owning full product lifecycles.
Who You'll Work With
You will engage with senior leadership, the BCG U leadership team, knowledge teams, and both internal and external experts. This role ensures alignment on technical details, business objectives, and product quality.
