What You'll Do

As a Research Manager, you will lead BCG’s Vantage Global Research Organization (GRO) team in Europe. You will be responsible for the career development of Research Associates, coaching and mentoring a team of 6-10 professionals. You will also collaborate with the Hub Director on research business needs, hiring, training, special projects and team building activities.

Your role will include:

  • Managing and developing team members.
  • Coaching on GenAI tools and research methodologies.
  • Partnering with regional leadership for strategic initiatives.
  • Interfacing with internal business partners.
  • Ensuring high-quality research outputs using Excel, Word and PowerPoint.

You're Good At

Team management, coaching, strategic thinking, and excellent customer service are essential. You must be adept at guiding junior colleagues, serving as a thought partner, and managing projects in a fast-paced and deadline-driven environment.

Who You'll Work With

Applicants should have 6–8+ years of relevant experience, preferably a Master’s degree, and consulting experience focused on research and analysis. Familiarity with GenAI tools and strong business acumen are also required.
