What You'll Do as NAMR Operations Senior Manager

As the NAMR Operations Senior Manager, you will support and advance the North American Travel program and manage other special projects across NAMR administrative services, vendor management, and office experience. You will drive operational strategy and change initiatives, structure and execute high-impact projects including technology platform implementations and policy rollouts, and ensure clear stakeholder communication.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive operational strategy and change initiatives for travel and operations.
  • Manage special projects including planning, coordination, and milestone tracking.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
  • Prepare presentations and reports for senior leadership.

What You'll Bring

8-10 years of progressively responsible work experience, with a Bachelor’s degree minimum and an MBA or advanced degree preferred. Experience in the Travel industry or similar, proven project management skills, and the ability to communicate complex information effectively are essential.

Additional Information

This role is hybrid, requiring 3 to 5 days in the office per week. Compensation includes a competitive base salary, bonus, retirement contributions, and a comprehensive benefits package.
