What You'll Do

As the NAMR Operations Senior Manager, you will work with Operations leaders across North America to drive initiatives in the Travel program and manage special projects. Your responsibilities include:

  • Driving operational strategy and change initiatives across NAMR Operations.
  • Managing special projects from design to execution.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Preparing high-quality presentations and reports for senior leadership.

What You'll Bring

Required qualifications include 8-10 years of experience, a bachelor’s degree (MBA preferred), and strong expertise in project management within Travel or Operations. You must be adept at communicating complex information and flexible enough to respond to evolving business needs, ideally with hands-on experience with online booking tools, travel management companies, or expense tools.

Who You'll Work With

You will report to the NAMR Operations Strategic Initiatives Director and work closely with Operations leadership, including the North America Travel Director.

Additional Information

This role follows a hybrid work model requiring 3 to 5 days in the office. Compensation includes a base salary ranging from $107,000 to $143,000, a discretionary bonus up to 20%, robust retirement contributions, and comprehensive benefits covering health, dental, vision, fitness, and more.
