What You'll Do

As a Lead Enterprise Architect, you will partner with clients to understand their challenges, define IT strategies, and create end-to-end enterprise architecture solutions. You will own complex modules within projects and begin taking on team leadership responsibilities, guiding architects and IT teams while delivering solutions that align with business objectives.

What You'll Bring

Experience: 10+ years in enterprise architecture, IT strategy development, and large-scale system design, with proven IT-business alignment and leadership in transformation initiatives. Fluency in English and Spanish is mandatory.

Technical Skills:

  • Enterprise Architecture Design using frameworks like TOGAF, Zachman, SABSA
  • Strategic IT roadmaps and digital transformation initiatives
  • Cloud platforms experience (AWS, Azure, GCP) and middleware integration
  • Expertise in APIs, microservices, and SOA integration
  • Knowledge of regulatory compliance such as GDPR, DORA, and NIS2
  • Disaster recovery planning and business continuity frameworks
  • Enterprise-level security architecture including threat detection and zero-trust models

Desirable Expertise: governance and risk management, emerging technologies (AI/ML, IoT, blockchain), and vendor management.

Interpersonal & Leadership Skills: Strategic visionary, strong stakeholder engagement, leadership and mentorship experience.

Industry Experience: Proven track record in Banking, Insurance, Energy, Telecommunications, or Manufacturing.
