What You'll Bring
- Currently studying or have studied at a university.
- An outstanding academic track record from a leading university.
- Strong analytical skills for quantitative problem-solving, paired with high attention to detail.
- Critical thinking skills to evaluate information, make informed decisions, and develop innovative solutions.
- Comfortable working in dynamic environments with different projects for you to work on.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (required) and Dutch (preferred).
- Ability to work collaboratively in diverse teams and adapt to changing environments.

- Campaign 1: Deadline Oct 26, 2025; Feedback Oct 27, 2025; Interviews Nov 17 - Nov 28, 2025
- Campaign 2: Deadline Jan 25, 2026; Feedback Jan 27, 2026; Interviews Feb 23 - Mar 13, 2026
- Campaign 3: Deadline Apr 26, 2026; Feedback May 5, 2026; Interviews May 25 - Jun 12, 2026
- Campaign 4: Deadline Aug 23, 2026; Feedback Sep 1, 2026; Interviews Sep 21 - Oct 9, 2026
Application Steps:
- Online Application: Submit Resume, High school transcripts, Bachelor/Master certificates and University grades. Cover letter is optional.
- Online Assessment Environment: A virtual reasoning test involving graph interpretation, quantitative conclusions, and calculations.
- First Round Interviews: Two case interviews (60 min total).
- Final Round Interviews: Personality-based interview (45 min), two case interviews (60 min total), and a written case (2.5h).
- Offer: Potential offer extended after the final round.
