Composed of over 300 people in Paris, the Business Services Team plays an essential role in supporting BCG's activities. Within our various support functions, our BCGers work daily in close collaboration with the consulting teams.
What You'll Do
Within BCG Paris, Career Services is a unique department responsible for accompanying the career evolution of consultants and alumni who wish to find roles outside the firm, in CAC40 companies, as well as SMEs and startups. We support these talents in their projects, assist them in their search, and introduce them to professional opportunities within our ecosystem.
Established in 2022, the Paris office's Career Services is a relatively new department with numerous development projects. Examples include developing awareness and understanding of our service among our various target audiences through tailored actions (LinkedIn campaigns, internal communication, networking within key recruitment networks), designing and implementing initiatives to better serve our different audiences, developing appropriate content, and creating and enhancing performance measurement tools.
We are looking for a dynamic and motivated end-of-study intern from a business school to participate in all these projects and become a central element of Career Services Paris. By joining us, you will contribute to a key activity for the development and well-being of our talents!
Your Missions
- Actively participate in Career Services initiatives and projects for our various target audiences: BCGers, Alumni, recruiters, headhunters.
- Contribute to the production and promotion of specific Career Services content.
- Conduct campaigns to develop service awareness (via LinkedIn, among others).
- Enrich and update the activity monitoring dashboard.
- Feed the BCG Job board as well as specific Career Services tools and keep them updated.
- Collaborate with various departments (Marketing, HR) to ensure coherence and effectiveness of People initiatives.
- Contribute to the creation of presentations, reports, and analyses to support ongoing projects.

Directly reporting to the Director of Career Services, you will be supported by your manager throughout your internship to develop your skills and acquire the fundamentals of the profession.
What You'll Bring
- You are in your final year of a BAC+5 program with a specialization in Marketing or HR β ideally from a top business school.
- You are interested in topics related to human resources and career development.
- You possess excellent analytical skills and a strong ability to process data.
- You have excellent oral and written communication skills and are recognized for your writing abilities.
- You are organized in your work, capable of working autonomously, and managing multiple subjects simultaneously.
- You have mastered English and are comfortable working in an international environment.
- You are proficient in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
Supervised by your manager and mentored daily by your team, you will have the opportunity to develop and progressively enhance your skills. You will also benefit throughout your journey at BCG from support from our HR team and a training offer tailored to interns and apprentices.
