As a Graduate Data Scientist, Consulting in BCG X, you’ll address complex business challenges, leveraging advanced data techniques, AI, and machine learning. You’ll also experience accelerated development that will set you up for a lifelong career in data science and analytics.

If you are a penultimate, final-year undergraduate, or postgraduate student pursuing a degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, Physics, Economics, or a related quantitative field, please submit your application by 9:00am (AEDT), Sunday 22 March,2026.

As a Guide, We'd Like To See Details About
  • Any work experience that you have had. We are seeking motivated individuals who can showcase a strong career trajectory and a high level of impact in the roles they have held
  • Technical skills: Proficiency in Python for data analysis, machine learning, and problem-solving. Experience with data science libraries (e.g., Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-learn) and coding challenges is highly valued.
  • Your extra-curricular activities, whether on campus or outside of university life. Have you played sports extensively, or are you involved in a hobby that takes up a lot of your time? We look for individuals who demonstrate impact and legacy, significant contribution, and high levels of commitment, initiative, and responsibility
  • Your academic credentials. For Associate applications, you should be in your final year of undergraduate or postgraduate studies or have already graduated from a degree with no more than 1-3 years of work experience
  • Australian or New Zealand citizenship or Australian permanent residency.
