What You'll Do

As the Global TA Strategy & Governance Senior Manager, you will lead high-impact TA strategic initiatives, change management, and senior stakeholder relationships. You will drive global TA governance, develop compelling content, and ensure effective operational action plans.

• Lead strategic project management and global recruitment scaling.
• Drive change management and governance structures.
• Manage senior stakeholder relationships and cross-functional collaboration.
• Create clear communications for leadership and external engagements.
• Support global TA initiatives and align strategies with business goals.

You have a proven record in leading large-scale strategic initiatives, managing stakeholder relationships, and delivering high-impact communications. You demonstrate analytical prowess, adept problem-solving skills, and a proactive detail orientation.

Who You'll Work With

You will work within BCG’s Global Talent Acquisition team and closely collaborate with senior leadership, consulting teams, and tech and analytics centres of excellence.
