What You'll Do

As the Global Risk Product Owner at BCG, you will spearhead the digitization of Global Risk Control Monitoring. You will be responsible for end-to-end management including setting the product roadmap, translating customer insights, and driving measurable KPIs. You will collaborate with a cross-functional squad and liaise with stakeholders across Global Risk, Finance, Compliance, Legal, HR, and other functions.

Responsibilities

• Deliver business results and customer value with iterative product improvements
• Represent two distinct customer groups: Global Risk and front-line Risk Owners
• Oversee squad performance, prioritize backlogs, and facilitate agile ceremonies
• Set a clear vision aligned with portfolio strategy using KPIs and sprint goals
• Enable a culture of transparency, feedback, and agile working

Who You'll Work With

You will work closely with Global Risk teams, front-line Risk Owners, Scrum Leads, and other Product Owners, as well as Agile Coaches and Tech Leaders to ensure alignment and successful delivery of the digital products.
