Role Overview
The Global IT Project Manager role is responsible for leading a large, complex, and strategically critical program centered on an AI-driven software delivery lifecycle and a cross-functional IT dashboard aligned with BCG’s strategy.
Key Responsibilities
- Program Leadership & Delivery: Oversee multi-year global IT program, manage workstreams and stakeholder groups.
- IT Metrics, Dashboards & AI Enablement: Deliver dashboards with AI-driven insights and proactive alerts.
- Stakeholder & Change Management: Partner with senior IT and business leaders to translate strategy into action.
- Execution Excellence: Employ agile and hybrid project management practices, manage risks and issues.
What You'll Bring
- 10+ years in IT program or project management of cross-functional initiatives
- Experience with enterprise-scale technology programs and software delivery modernization
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Understanding of software development, IT operations, and delivery metrics
- Preferred familiarity with AI analytics, ITIL, DevOps, and SRE frameworks
