What You'll Do
As an Executive Assistant at BCG, you will proactively support several senior consultants, Partners, and Principals. Your responsibilities include:
- Managing and prioritizing Partners' agendas
- Booking travel and scheduling meetings
- Tracking time and expenses
- Supporting consulting team processes
- Acting as a trusted advisor for decision making
What You'll Bring
You will have a bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 3 years of executive support experience in fast-paced environments. Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills are essential plus a creative, proactive mindset with a knack for problem solving.
Who You'll Work With
You will be part of a team of 40 executive and administrative assistants reporting to an Administrative Services Manager. Collaboration, mentorship, and sharing support during busy periods are central to your role.
Additional Info
This position is hybrid with an expectation to work in the NYC office 3 to 5 days per week. Compensation includes a base salary, discretionary bonus, retirement contributions, and a comprehensive benefits package.
