What You'll Do as a Consultant
We are looking for experienced professionals (4+ years of industry or consulting experience) to join our Amsterdam team at consultant level. You don’t need to have started your career in consulting to succeed at BCG — many of our consultants bring valuable experience from industry or research and go on to become thought leaders in their fields.
As a Consultant at BCG Amsterdam, you’ll harness your expertise to drive projects, mentor colleagues, and shape strategic decisions. The Final Round Consists Of Four Interviews: A personality-based interview with a recruiter (45 min), Two case interviews (60 min), A written case (2.5h). - Step 5: Offer
