The Tech and Digital offer integrates tech experts from BCG and Platinion to provide seamless, multidisciplinary client solutions.

What You'll Do as a Consultant, Digital Strategy

The digital revolution drives our world, and at BCG, we are at its forefront. As a Consultant, Digital Strategy within DigitalBCG, you will leverage your expertise and generalist consulting skillset to assist CEOs and their teams in resolving their most pressing challenges, considering how digital and technology will reshape their businesses. You will help clients answer critical questions such as: "How will AI disrupt my business model?", "How can businesses use data and analytics for highly-personalized outreach and seamless omnichannel experiences?", and "How can I deliver higher quality digital services to my customers faster using agile methodologies?"

As a member of this team, you will work on a diverse range of these topics, applying your consulting skills to strategic digital, technology, and digital transformation questions. DigitalBCG Consultants are given end-to-end responsibility for larger, more complex 'modules' within BCG projects, and will begin to develop specialized knowledge to address client problems. You will collaborate closely with clients to understand their issues, develop strategies for change, secure buy-in for recommendations, and partner with fellow BCGers to transform client potential into measurable performance. A broad skillset and a passion for digital and technology are crucial. You will be supported by an extensive training curriculum, identical to that for all BCG consultants, along with digital-specific training and mentoring to foster skill development.

What You'll Bring

BCG seeks exceptional talent from consulting or industry. Candidates typically possess:

• 4-6 years of experience in one of the following:
  • A leading consulting firm, with a focus on technology/digital initiatives.
  • A corporate role centered on technology/digital initiatives (e.g., business analyst).
  • A tech start-up leadership role or a 'consulting-like' industry (e.g., digital strategy, digital marketing).
• An outstanding academic track record from a leading university.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
