What You'll Do
As a Bridge to BCG Consultant, Advanced Degree, Canada, you'll work alongside some of the world’s top minds on cases that reshape business, government, and society. You’ll collaborate on challenging projects with team members from diverse backgrounds and disciplines. This role will increase your understanding of complex business problems from multiple perspectives, helping you develop new skills and experience crucial for every stage of your career, both at BCG and beyond.

This job listing is for individuals currently enrolled in or who have completed one of the advanced degree programs or pathways listed below, and who are looking to start full-time with BCG in 2027. Non-business masters students who have not previously earned a doctorate should apply through our Associate process.
- PhD or equivalent (e.g., EdD, PsyD, DBA)
- MD or equivalent (e.g., DO, MBBS, PharmD)
- JD or equivalent (e.g., LLB with licensure to practice)
- Postdoctoral researcher
- Medical trainee (e.g., resident, intern, fellow)
- Practicing physician

Language Requirements
For positions permanently located in Quebec, knowledge of French is required to communicate with colleagues and suppliers in the province as needed. French-language training is available to all employees in permanent positions in Quebec who do not already have strong knowledge of French. Fluency in English is also required for this position, as communication with clients, partners, and colleagues often occurs outside Quebec.

Compensation & Benefits
The first year base compensation for this Bridge to BCG Consultant, Advanced Degree, Canada role is $199,500 CAD. In addition to your base salary, you will be eligible for an annual discretionary performance bonus and a retirement contribution. BCG also provides a market-leading benefits package, covering 100% of premium costs for employees and eligible family members. This includes:
- $0 health insurance premiums for BCG employees, spouses, and children
- 100% coverage for prescription drugs, with no dispensing fee maximum
