What You'll Do
Business Intelligence and Analytics Services Hub is a centralized global financial reporting and analytics service team. This hub greatly enhances how our management engage in information required to manage the business. The team is an integral part of the Enterprise Service organization, providing insights & analysis supported by meaningful and accurate financial information to help guide and influence the decision-making process. The team supports the leadership of our various business segments, senior finance management, local, regional & global finance colleagues across the organization.
You will be responsible for managing & delivering on responsibilities related to financial reporting and analytics. As an analyst, you will be working closely with the lead as a thought partner for one or more business areas with a focus on bringing insights to light through data analysis. The analyst will be responsible for managing & delivering day-to-day standard / ad hoc responsibilities related to financial reporting and analytics needs, using relevant data tools, reporting environment, and dashboards for BCG. The analyst will spend significant time navigating finance data to support senior management decision-making across the globe.
YOU’RE GOOD AT
Finance/ Technical Skills
- Good understanding of finance concepts, financial and non-financial metrics, and management/ financial reporting & analysis
- Proficiency in aligning financial planning with business strategies through effective collaboration with global teams
- Capability to lead ad-hoc analyses, special reporting projects, and detailed performance analysis
- Skill in streamlining forecasting / planning cycles and consolidating forecasts while identifying risks and opportunities
- Expertise in identifying key business drivers, risks, issues, and opportunities for improvement
- Ability to design, own, and enhance functional data dashboards, driving reporting innovation and automation
- Experience on data visualization & analytics tools (such as advanced excel, Tableau, Power BI) will be an added plus

What You'll Bring
- B. Com / Master’s degree in Finance or Chartered Accountant or equivalent
- 4 to 6 years of relevant finance experience
- Very strong problem-solving & analytical skills
- Self-starter and being pro-active
- Excellent communication skills; written and oral
- Flexible to work across time zones
- Proven ability to work effectively in a global environment with people at all levels, preferably in a professional services organization
- Strong understanding of financial statements, including Profit & Loss, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow
- Prior experience working within a Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) team is preferred
- Advanced computer literacy
- Experience with and exposure to data analytics and business intelligence tools e.g. SAP Business Objects, Power BI, Tableau; advanced excel, building reports, and diagnosing issues
- Prefer experience with SAP, Oracle applications such as Oracle Financials, HFM, Hyperion Planning

This includes, but is not limited to Local, Regional, Global, and Practice Area analysis teams, as well as, the overall Global finance organization.
