What You'll Do

As the BCG X AP Recruiting Manager located in Singapore, you will drive talent acquisition in APAC for diverse mid to senior level roles. Your responsibilities include managing the full lifecycle recruiting process, stakeholder relationships, sourcing candidates, vendor management, interview coordination, offer management, and onboarding.

  • Lead regional talent acquisition strategy for Southeast Asia, Australia & New Zealand.
  • Manage complete recruiting life cycle including candidate sourcing and assessments.
  • Build and mentor a team of recruiters, collaborating with local and regional HR teams.
  • Drive operational excellence by leveraging internal talent pools and recruitment best practices.
  • Champion recruitment innovation including branding, candidate experience, and process improvements.

What You'll Bring

Bachelors or Masters degree with high academic achievement, minimum 8 years of recruitment experience in analytics roles; at least 2 years in team management. Expertise in sourcing methods, stakeholder management, applicant tracking systems, and a deep understanding of cultural nuances across APAC is required. Excellent English and the ability to work in a fast-paced corporate environment is essential.
