What You'll Do

As an Associate/Consultant at BCG, you will play a pivotal role in collaborative teams to identify, develop, and implement solutions for client challenges.   • Work in cross-functional teams to solve complex client problems.

  • Independently drive workstreams to contribute to overall project success.
  • (Consultant level and above) Take responsibility for key workstreams, considering project goals and timelines.

What You'll Bring

  • Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree or equivalent professional experience preferred (all fields welcome).
  • First practical experience in industry or consulting.
  • Study, internships, or work experience abroad.
  • Strong analytical skills for quantitative problem-solving, with a keen eye for detail.
  • Ability for critical thinking and developing innovative solutions.
  • Agility in switching between different projects and teams.
  • Ability to collaborate in diverse teams and adapt to changing environments.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills in German and English.
  • (Consultant level and above) Proven leadership competence in diverse group settings.
