What You'll Do as an Associate Consultant
As an Associate Consultant, you will support our clients in France and abroad to help them design their strategic directions and solve their most complex challenges. You will be involved in the whole value chain of our projects within our teams. Key responsibilities include:
- Identify and define the challenges facing our clients
- Build and conduct analyses (competitive analysis, portfolio analysis, etc.)
- Prepare and participate in internal case team meetings and client workshops
- Develop strategic recommendations for our clients and support their implementation
You will be mentored by our project leaders on each project and will also benefit from career monitoring from our HR teams (Talent Coordinator and Career Development Advisor). They will support you consistently through staffing and our various training programs tailored to each level of seniority.

- A master's degree in a relevant field such as business, engineering, or political science.
- A minimum of six months of professional experience (internship or apprenticeship).

- Ability to thrive in a team environment with excellent oral and written communication skills.

Recruiting Process
Our recruiting process involves three rounds of interviews, including several test types:
- Online Test evaluating logical, numeracy, and verbal capabilities.
- Oral Case Interview.
- Written Case Study.
You will be interviewed by Project Leaders or Associate Directors, each possessing a minimum of 5 to 6 years of professional experience. A member of our recruiting team will guide you throughout the process and share detailed feedback. We recommend applying at least 5 months before your desired start date.
