Role Overview
The Agile Delivery Senior Manager, part of BCG’s Agile Center of Excellence, leads a global team of coaches and Scrum Leads. This role oversees product delivery, release planning, risk management, metrics and reporting, Agile coaching, and continuous improvement within BCG’s internal Digital Product Organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee end-to-end product delivery from planning to release.
- Facilitate release planning, risk management, and performance reporting.
- Coach teams on Agile processes including Scrum, Kanban, and hybrid methods.
- Drive continuous improvement and manage stakeholder communications.
- Support product owners and collaborate with other Agile coaches and product leaders.
Requirements
- 10+ years Agile experience with delivery management background.
- Relevant certifications such as PSM II, CSM, or SAFe credentials.
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, IT, or related field (preferred).
- Proficiency with JIRA, Confluence, and Agile coaching tools.
- Experience in professional services or client facing industries with strong stakeholder management skills.
