What You'll Do
As a Project Leader Within BCG's Industrial Goods Practice, You Will Be a Core Member Of Our Practice Working Alongside Some Of The World's Top Minds In Industry. You Will Help Companies From a Variety Of Industrial Goods Branches Through Decisive Changes. On a Day-to-day Basis, This Will Translate In:
- Supporting the growth of our Industrial goods practice through case execution, client development, and intellectual property & product creation.
- Executing or providing expertise on projects within the industrial goods branches for our key clients in Aerospace & Defense industries in Paris.
- Working jointly with BCG and client project teams, bringing expertise to the team and to the client on site.
- Leading project workstreams and a small team of consultants.
- Providing intellectual leadership for the project teams by generating key ideas and conceptual frameworks to guide research and analysis.
- Contributing to the creation of BCG's intellectual capital on different topics within the material and process industries: innovation, publications, toolkits, benchmarks, templates, processes as well as position papers, studies, and insights from case experience.
What You'll Bring
- At least 7 years of experience working in diverse projects in the Aerospace & Defense area and a track record of team leadership and related achievements.
- Deep knowledge and understanding of at least one of the following industries: Aerospace & Defense industries (Military services, International Defense organizations...).
- Experience in Tech/Digital/AI in industrial goods projects is appreciated.
- Experience actively managing multiple client and stakeholder relationships and networking within the client organization to understand their needs and help influence the client agenda.
- Interpersonal skills to partner with executive management teams as they implement a new vision and passion for enabling leaders to drive change within organizations.
- Collaborative team player with a positive attitude, high ethical standards, and experience in international work.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in French and English, in addition to a strong presence and leadership skills.
