Job Responsibilities

As a member of the management team, you will supervise a team of associates, participate in merchandising and floor setup to maximize sales and customer service.

• Manage sales and stock functions
• Train, coach, and develop associates
• Provide in-depth product knowledge and customer service
• Complete transactions and paperwork accurately
• Ensure advertised merchandise is properly set and signed

Job Requirements

Successful candidates must lead a retail sales team, engage customers, and sell merchandise effectively.

• High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s preferred
• Prior retail sales management experience
• Strong selling and customer service skills
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to learn computer systems and POS registers
• Availability to work varied days, including evenings and weekends
