Job Overview
The Project Management - DNOX Components - Assistant Manager position involves planning, executing, and leading deliverables in component engineering to meet customer project requirements. This role ensures delivery within agreed quality, cost, and timeline parameters.
Key Responsibilities
- Estimate and plan project costs and resources.
- Identify and manage project risks with contingency plans.
- Review project progress and drive improvements.
- Lead engineering product and preventive quality management processes using Bosch Engineering System.
- Provide technical consultation on design changes and liaise with international networks.
- Support manufacturing line relocations (SM5.3 and DM3.x) to India.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Industrial, or Automotive Engineering. PMP certification is desirable. 2-5 years of project management experience in IC engine components required.
Competencies
- Advanced knowledge of internal combustion engines and connected systems.
- Understanding of manufacturing, quality, and procurement processes.
- Expertise in auto component lifecycle management and engineering drawings.
- Proficient in BES methodology and tools such as FMEA, DRBFM, Focus analysis, and 8D.
- Strong project management, problem solving, and communication skills.
