Role Overview
In the role of Junior Data Analyst, you will join a global, cross-functional team dedicated to developing data analytics use cases that bring transparency and actionable insights to logistics processes within the MA supply chain.
Main Responsibilities
- Develop data analytics use cases (e.g. Power BI) to visualize business performance.
- Aggregate data from multiple sources (SAP, Excel, external platforms, data lakes) for analysis.
- Design user-focused reports, dashboards, and RPAs ensuring high usability.
- Interpret data using statistical techniques to support strategic decisions.
- Develop and document standardized data models and digital services.
- Collaborate with global and regional teams across different cultures.
Qualifications & Technical Skills
Required: Bachelor’s in Business Technology (such as Business Information Systems, Engineering, Computer Science) and advanced English proficiency. Must have proficiency in SQL, experience with Power BI and relational databases, and understanding of ETL processes.
Preferred: Skills in Python, VBA, and experience/certification in Automation Anywhere or Catalytic.
