Job Description
The RBAI Engineer - Team Leader Production is responsible for hourly target setting for operators, compliance checks, analysis of production losses, and systematic resolution of production issues.
- Set hourly production targets and monitor compliance through process confirmation.
- Analyze daily production losses and propose systematic solutions.
- Communicate regularly with operators regarding safety, quality, and production updates.
- Deploy skilled manpower to production lines and ensure adherence to work instructions.
- Implement systematic problem solving to eliminate production failures.
- Maintain and improve 5S standards in the assigned area.
- Conduct regular audits (LPA/LPC) and provide on-job training for new associates.
- Ensure adherence to standards such as Point CIP.
