Job Role: IT Application Support Graduate

Join our International Qualification Experience team, responsible for developing and implementing global training strategies and providing digital tools across 25 countries. In this role, you will:

  • Provide first and second level support to users.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
  • Simulate user experiences for effective problem resolution.
  • Collaborate with external providers and internal teams to improve system configurations.
  • Consult on practical use cases and document improvements.
  • Identify user needs and suggest enhancements.

Qualifications & Skills

A university undergraduate degree in Computer Engineering, Information Systems Management or a related field is preferred. Minimum 12 months experience with helpdesk, incident management, or digital learning support. Proficiency in web development, web design, web analytics, and database management is required. Fluency in English is essential; German is a plus.

Additional Details
