Job Description

  • Set hourly targets for operators and ensure compliance.
  • Analyze production losses daily and implement systematic solutions.
  • Communicate regularly with operators on safety, quality, and production.
  • Deploy skilled manpower to production lines.
  • Ensure operators follow work instructions and handling instructions.
  • Eliminate production failures using systematic problem solving.
  • Maintain & improve 5S standards in the responsible area.
  • Conduct regular audits (LPA/LPC).
  • Provide on job training for new associates.
  • Adhere to standards such as Point CIP.
