Job Description

GSM Business Process Data Analyst

The GSM Business Process Data Analyst is an integral part of the TTT Global Supply Chain Management Business Processes Team. This individual is crucial for driving improvements, standardization, and harmonization in the capability and quality of GSM tools and services. The role involves analyzing data to support critical business decision-making and defining effective business solutions and processes, with support from IT services, all aimed at delivering significant benefits to the business.

Key Roles & Responsibilities

  • Create, maintain, and publish regular metrics and reports
  • Support internal stakeholders with their GSM Business Processes & Analytics needs
  • Attend cross-functional team meetings and support internal customer needs
  • Lead projects related to IT tools and GSM business process improvements
  • Be the SPOC (single point of contact) for internal customers in case of questions or support needs
  • Proactively lead continuous improvement initiatives to optimize purchasing processes and drive innovation
  • Analysis, design and standardization of global target processes and global tools in cooperation with global and local organizational units
  • Comply with environmental, health and safety, quality, and productivity standards
  • Comply with the organization's rules and internal regulations Code of Ethics, practice and working period
  • Perform other tasks not included in the activity for which they were hired, when the needs or convenience of service so warrant, for the period necessary for the aforementioned needs or convenience of service

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Bachelor / Master of Economics / Science / Logistics degree in business, engineering, or related discipline
  • Fluent in written and spoken English
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, Power BI, Power Automate, Data Structuring, MRP systems knowledge is a plus
  • Very good understanding of business processes in the Supply Chain area
  • Critical Analysis Skills
  • Structured individual with good problem-solving skills
  • Demonstrates a proactive mindset and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Customer relationship skills and business orientation
  • Business acumen, result driven personality
  • 2 years+ IT, Logistics, Supply Chain experience with focus on data analytics
  • Ability to prioritize multiple projects, work under tight deadlines, and handle changing priorities.
