Overview
The Assets and Capital Projects Coordinator role at Boral is a key position within the Assets and Capital Projects team responsible for supporting in-flight and developing projects. This role provides administrative, project, and procurement support to the mobile and fixed assets team as well as major infrastructure projects.
Responsibilities
- Process customer invoicing and receipting accurately and timely.
- Maintain document management systems with structured filing and naming conventions.
- Support project managers with planning and execution of capital projects.
- Coordinate multiple projects and liaise with internal and external stakeholders.
- Raise purchase orders and process invoices in line with approved budgets.
- Collaborate with Procurement, Contracts, and Accounts Payable teams.
- Identify opportunities for continuous improvement in processes and workflows.
What We Are Looking For
Applicants should have demonstrated experience in project support within a project management environment, a strong understanding of procurement policies, and accounts processing experience in a large organisation. High-level administrative and document management skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (including MS Project), and excellent communication and organisational skills are essential.
