About the role
Paid Media Intern
Boozt is seeking an ambitious and curious Paid Media Intern to join their leading Nordic ecommerce team. This 4-5 month internship offers hands-on experience in paid media, performance marketing, and ecommerce. You will be part of the Media & Performance team, managing paid media investments across various channels and markets.
The Opportunity
This internship provides a unique chance to gain practical experience in ecommerce, marketing, paid media, or performance. Boozt, a major Nordic ecommerce player with over 8 billion SEK in turnover in 2025 and more than 8 million orders shipped, offers a dynamic learning environment. The Media & Performance team oversees all paid activities across 10 markets and 30+ channels, providing exposure to the full spectrum of paid media. The focus area within media will be matched to your interests and profile.
What You Will Do
As part of the Media & Performance team, you will manage Boozt’s daily paid media investments. Depending on your profile, you could focus on:
- Social & Video Media: TikTok, YouTube, Meta, Pinterest, Snapchat
- Google Shopping & Paid Search: Google Ads, Bing Ads, AI Search
- Offline Media: TV, Out-of-Home, Radio
Your daily tasks may include:
- Setting up campaigns across paid media channels like Google and Meta.
- Analyzing campaign performance to identify trends and opportunities.
- Extracting and structuring data into performance reports.
- Supporting ad hoc projects.
- Monitoring and analyzing competitor campaigns on social media.
Your Profile
We are looking for ambitious, curious students with strong academic results, currently studying a relevant program (e.g., Marketing, Business, Media), and able to commit to a 4-5 month unpaid internship. Ideal candidates are:
- Analytical and data-driven, comfortable interpreting performance metrics.
- Proactive, adaptable, and eager to contribute in a fast-paced, high-impact environment.
- Passionate about marketing, with prior experience, coursework, or extracurricular projects being a plus.

Internship Schedule
The internship has a specific schedule:
- First 3 months: Full-time.
- 4th month: 1 day per week off for assignment work.
- 5th month: 2 days per week off for assignment work.
