The Opportunity
At Boozt.com, data is at the heart of every decision we make. Within our Buying & Merchandising (B&M) team, we are now looking for a Junior Business Intelligence Engineer, Buying & Merchandising to help us transform numbers into insights that drive smarter buying strategies, stronger assortments, and more efficient processes.
You’ll be part of a tight-knit BI team that supports one of Boozt’s most business-critical departments, working closely with buyers, merchandisers, and commercial managers. If you love solving data puzzles, bringing clarity to complexity, and seeing your work directly influence commercial outcomes — this is the role for you.
What You Will Do
- Develop in QlikSense: Build, optimize, and maintain both backend and frontend solutions.
- Excel support: Improve and refine templates to support our buying processes.
- Bring data to life: Help colleagues understand data, draw meaningful conclusions, and translate them into actionable steps.
- Be the go-to person: Answer questions and provide support on templates, processes, and data needs.
- Problem-solving: Tackle data puzzles and ensure colleagues have the tools they need to succeed.
Your Profile
- Understanding of retail or e-commerce KPIs (sales, margin, stock turnover, sell-through, etc.).
- Proactive – takes initiative to explore data, not just answer questions.
- Detail-oriented – precision in numbers, but without losing sight of the bigger picture.
- Independent; Driven by one's own accord without the need to be given a specific task or end goal.
- Collaborative – works well across departments, especially with buyers and merchandisers.
- Experience with QlikSense development is an advantage, but not necessary (backend + frontend).
- Strong Excel skills, including template design and troubleshooting.

Practical Details
Location: From Q1 2026, based at our new HQ in Copenhagen (Kalvebod Brygge 1, 1560 København). Until then, work will be split between our smaller Copenhagen office and our current HQ in Malmö (30 min commute from Copenhagen).
Recruitment Process
