Supply Chain Administrator Opportunity

As a Supply Chain Administrator at Booz Allen Hamilton, you will assist a team of procurement professionals by managing a portfolio of subcontract agreements and direct procurement requirements. You will balance multiple priorities to address current and emerging needs through close collaboration, efficient information flow, and strong supplier relationships.

What You'll Work On

  • Collaborate with program managers, capture teams, and senior leaders to develop accurate demand forecasts.
  • Provide expert advice on subcontract and direct procurement matters including regulatory compliance and risk mitigation.
  • Ensure procurement activities comply with laws, regulations, and policies.
  • Identify improvement opportunities and drive operational efficiency using data analytics.
  • Negotiate with vendors and subcontractors to secure favorable terms and monitor supplier performance.
  • Prepare and present regular reports on procurement performance and market trends.

You Have

5+ years of experience in project coordination, supply chain, subcontracts, purchasing, logistics, or operations, and 3+ years in federal procurement or subcontract management. Experience with procurement software (ERP, e-procurement), contract management tools, Microsoft Office Suite, and the ability to obtain a Secret clearance. A high school diploma or GED is also required.

Compensation & Benefits
