Overview

The Stock Administration Equity Specialist role at Booz Allen Hamilton is a key position in the Executive Compensation team. This role provides subject matter expertise in all equity or stock compensation-related programs, including stock plan design, education, governance, compliance, and communication for company-wide equity programs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead project management for equity programs.
  • Administer and enhance stock compensation plans.
  • Manage timelines, stakeholders, and SOX controls.
  • Perform executive compensation analysis and risk management.
  • Engage with senior executives.

Qualifications

Candidates must have over 3 years in Total Rewards, Accounting, or Finance along with at least 1 year of experience in stock plan administration. Proficiency with Excel (xlookup, vlookup, pivots) and data analysis is required. A bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Accounting, Finance, Statistics, or HR is necessary. U.S. citizenship is required due to the work performed in the facility.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with Workday and Fidelity systems.
  • Familiarity with Tableau or Excel Macros.
  • Exposure to performance management and talent development.
  • Master’s degree or CECP certification is an asset.

Compensation & Benefits
